Endotoxine Less than 1EU/mg of protein as determined by LAL method
QC Coomassie-stained SDS-PAGE (Figure 1)
Background Nerve growth factor is important for the development and maintenance of the sympathetic and sensory nervous systems. Extracellular ligand for the NTRK1 and NGFR receptors, activates cellular signaling cascades through those receptor tyrosine kinase to regulate neuronal proliferation, differentiation and survival. Inhibits metalloproteinase dependent proteolysis of platelet glycoprotein VI (UniProt)
Shipping Shipped on dry ice
Storage Store at -70°C upon receipt. Recommended to aliquot into smaller quantities. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles
