The Invisorb® technology
The
Invisorb® Technology is the first technology for
the extraction of highly purified nucleic acids using non chaotropic
binding conditions (patent No. WO 0034463). Starting from complex biological sample, the method allows binding
of nucleic acids to nearly all surfaces, like membranes, carrier or
magnetic particles. In combination with specially modified surfaces a
selective binding of different nucleic acid targets can be realized.
Following to the established purification procedure a variety of
tailored solutions for DNA and RNA extraction is available.
